We support our members through access to skills and training, networks of solidarity and mutual aid, as well as information and resources. We provide tailored support for New Entrants and young landworkers access peer-to-peer support and youth-focussed programmes through the youth wing of LWA, FLAME.
LWA members access a range of trainings and skillshares online and in person, as well as regionally-organised farm tours and peer-to-peer exchange. Region and sector-specific networks share advice, support and collaboration through groups on whatsapp or other platforms – get in touch with natalia.szarek@staging.landworkersalliance.org.uk to connect with your regional group.
Members who are experiencing a crisis can draw on the Solidarity Pot for interest-free loans and in some situations, grants.
As the LWA grows and develops, the support we offer will evolve. We will aim to keep the website up to date with information about member support, and if you have any questions, get in touch.
More broadly, our members are supported by the lobbying and campaigning work that we do, as well as by being part of a global social movement for land, food and climate justice!
