Requests for work, volunteering or internships

We are currently not recruiting for any roles but please read our newsletters for any announcements. We currently do not offer any volunteer or internship placements directly with the LWA, but keep an eye out in the newsletter or on the forum for any members looking for volunteers or workers.

Academic/Research Enquiries

Please look at the Agroecology Research Collaboration to see if it fits your area of research/work.

Membership Support / Advice

Currently the LWA does not have capacity or resources to help individual members or potential members on their specific projects, farms or programmes. We get a lot of requests for individual support and would love to have the time to respond to each request in full. We are fundraising for a new role for somebody to focus on membership support and services as we have identified it is a gap in our offering so please watch this space. Having said that, if your query is critical and urgent please email info@landworkersalliance.org.uk including the word URGENT in the subject header and it will get picked up and we can try our best to help.

Contacting Individual Staff

Please take the time to explore our staff page here to see who the most relevant contact for your enquiry is.

Our addresses format is firstname.lastname@landworkersalliance.org.uk

Please bear in mind we all work part time and have limited capacity to respond to enquiries outside our core areas of work.

You can also find information under the About Us header about branch and regional organising, and identity groups within the LWA membership.

Calendar FAQs

My calendar has not arrived, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived 21 days from the date of dispatch, let us know and we will replace it for you. Please read our full Terms and Conditions

My calendar has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are sorry if this is the case! Get in touch with our merchandise team at merchandise@staging.landworkersalliance.org.uk attaching evidence of the damage and they will take your complaint forward.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! As a globally focused organisation we are delighted to have found a way to respond to your requests and make our calendar available internationally.

Please visit https://landworkersalliance.newsstand.co.uk/ to purchase your calendar and support LWA’s work.

I want to sell the calendar, what are the next steps?

Thank you for your interest! We have a wholesale catalogue HERE which tells you our prices and shipping information. Our order form is here

If you would like to go ahead and place an order, and if you have any questions please get in touch with wholesale@landworkersalliance.org.uk

Is there space for me to write on the calendar?

Yes! We know you are a practical bunch who like to use your calendars for planning and organisation as well as enjoying their beauty. Each day has a 40mm x 33mm (approx) box to write in.

Why can I only buy 8 calendars in one go?

Because we ship with Royal Mail, the costs over 2kg (8 calendars) become prohibitive. You are of course welcome to place as many orders as you like! If you are a retailer, see the section on selling the calendar above.

I would like to use imagery from the calendar for a project, is this allowed?

The images belong to Rosanna Morris, the artist, and are licenced by The Landworkers’ Alliance. You are not allowed to reproduce or distribute any element of the calendar without both parties’ permission. If you would like to use any element from the calendar for a project, please contact merchandise@landworkersalliance in the first instance.
