Come and join us to hear about growing more with less work from renowned American farmer Ben Hartman and author of the Lean Farm. This is a unique chance to hear from Ben how they use the lean approach to streamline their farming approach at Claybottom Farm in Indiana, and how these principles enable them to earn a comfortable living on less than one acre of land.
Ben will be running two events, one at Trill Farm in Devon and one at Cae Tan CSA in South Wales. See below for more details.
